Archive Inspection and Potential Risk Evaluation
As an additional service, we make on-site visits to customer offices and storage facilities to assist in determining what elements exist in the their archive, identifying obsolete media, evaluating storage conditions, and flagging deteriorating elements. With these on-site observations, the customer can be informed about potential problems with their collection, thereby creating an awareness in which they can prepare for a program of immediate damage control and/or priority re-mastering of high-risk elements.
